Existing Conditions
We begin by documenting the existing property so we have an accurate understanding of the space we're working with. Through our partner, Prismatica 4D, we connect you directly with their team to complete the existing conditions documentation and provide the information needed to move forward with your project.

Proposed Plans
With the existing conditions and project scope established, we develop proposed plans that translate your vision into a thoughtful design. We work through the layout, bringing improvements and design elements needed to create a proposal that aligns with your goals. We repeat this until we obtain approval to move forward.

Permite Expediting
Once the permit set is coordinated with our consultants, completed, and stamped, we are ready to coordinate with our permit expediter consultant, Pronto Permits, to complete the permitting process clearly and efficiently, bringing your project from submittal through comments to approval and securing a building permit. Then we are ready to commence construction.

Design Process Begins
Once we understand the existing conditions, we meet with you to discuss your goals, ideas, priorities, and the scope of work. This allows us to establish a clear direction for the project and understand your vision and the timeframe for what you want to accomplish.

Consultant Coordination
We bring in the appropriate consultants when needed. This may include landscape & interior designers, structural & EMC engineers, and other specialists who can contribute their expertise to specific aspects of the project.
