Proposed Plans
With the existing conditions and project scope established, we develop proposed plans that translate your vision into a thoughtful design. We work through the layout, improvements, and design elements needed to create a proposal that aligns with your goals.

Permite Expediting
Once the plans are developed, we coordinate with our permit expeditor consultant to help navigate the permitting process. Our goal is to make the process as clear and efficient as possible while moving your project toward approval and construction.

Project Consultation
Once we understand the existing conditions, we meet with you to discuss your goals, ideas, priorities, and the scope of work. This allows us to establish a clear direction for the project and understand what you want to accomplish.
